Coaching Philosophy
Hi, I’m Sonia, the performance nutritionist behind The Elite Nutrition.
I help busy professionals and athletes lose fat, build muscle, improve performance, and optimise longevity without tracking everything or sacrificing work, training, or life commitments.
Rather than focusing only on what you eat, I focus on how you eat. The habits, systems, and decisions that determine whether progress actually lasts in the real world. My role is to provide clear, evidence-based guidance so you can make confident nutrition decisions without extremes, restriction, or constantly starting over.
At The Elite Nutrition, “elite” is not about who you are or the level you compete at. It is about the standard you hold yourself to. How you fuel, how you recover, and how you show up day after day.
Coaching is offered by application only, to ensure this approach is the right fit for your goals, lifestyle, and expectations.

Adults
The Elite Nutrition is for busy professionals who want to improve their health, body composition, and longevity by eating with structure, intention, and evidence, in the way elite performers do.
You may resonate if you care about energy, confidence, and body composition, want to feel strong and in control of your eating, are tired of trends and restrictive dieting, and are looking for guidance rather than rigid rules.
You do not need to be an athlete. You simply need to care about holding yourself to a higher standard.

Athletes
The Elite Nutrition supports athletes who train with intent, from committed recreational athletes to sub-elite and elite competitors, and want to fuel training consistently, improve performance and recovery, use supplementation safely and evidence-based, and build habits that support long-term development rather than short-term fixes.
