Services are delivered internationally via digital platforms.

It does not constitute medical advice and does not replace consultation with a licensed healthcare provider.

If you have a medical condition, consult your physician before making dietary or supplement changes.

3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to engage services independently.
Clients under 18 require written parental or legal guardian consent and must involve a guardian in the coaching process where appropriate.

4. Payment & Subscriptions
Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
Coaching packages may include:

• Recurring billing

• Minimum commitment periods

• Non-refundable billing cycles

Specific payment terms are outlined in the Coaching Agreement.

5. Refunds
Refund policies are governed by the Coaching Agreement.
In general:

• Payments are non-refundable once a billing cycle has commenced.

• Discretionary refunds may be granted in exceptional circumstances.

In general, payments are non-refundable once a billing cycle has commenced or services are delivered. However, discretionary refunds or credits may be granted in exceptional circumstances (e.g., significant service issues) or where required by law, including under the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act.

6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:

• Use the website for unlawful purposes

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems

• Misrepresent information

• Harass or abuse the Coach

7. Intellectual Property

• Text

• Guides

• Resources

• Branding

Is the intellectual property of The Elite Nutrition Coaching.
You may not reproduce or distribute content without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

• Total liability is limited to fees paid in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith communication.

If unresolved, disputes shall be governed by the laws of Singapore and subject to Singapore jurisdiction.

10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

12. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any applicable Coaching Agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Website and services, superseding any prior agreements.
