The Elite Nutrition Coaching

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website theelitenutrition.com (the “Website”) and any related nutrition coaching, consultation, education, and digital services provided by The Elite Nutrition Coaching (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By accessing, browsing, or using the Website, submitting forms or enquiries, booking calls, purchasing services, or engaging our coaching services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Website or our services.

1. About The Elite Nutrition Coaching

The Elite Nutrition Coaching is a sole proprietorship registered in Singapore providing online nutrition coaching, performance nutrition support, educational content, and related services to clients in Singapore, Australia, and internationally.

Our services may include one-off nutrition consultations, coaching packages, online coaching blocks, food log or photo journal reviews, educational resources, and related nutrition support.

2. Eligibility to Use Our Services

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or engage our services independently.

If you are under 18 years old, you may only use our services with the consent and involvement of a parent or legal guardian. Youth clients may be required to provide signed parental or guardian consent before coaching services begin.

By using our Website or services, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and not misleading.

3. Nature of Our Services

Our services are intended for nutrition coaching, education, behaviour change support, performance nutrition, and general wellness support.

We may provide guidance on areas such as:

  • Everyday nutrition habits

  • Training and performance nutrition

  • Body composition support

  • Meal timing and structure

  • Food choices and practical strategies

  • Fuelling and recovery

  • Eating around work, travel, competition, and lifestyle demands

  • General supplement education where relevant

Our services are designed to support your goals through practical, evidence-based nutrition strategies. They do not guarantee specific outcomes, results, performance improvements, weight changes, health outcomes, or body composition changes.

4. Medical Disclaimer

Our services are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or care from a qualified medical practitioner, dietitian, psychologist, or other relevant healthcare professional.

We do not diagnose medical conditions, prescribe medication, treat disease, or provide medical treatment.

You should seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional before making significant changes to your diet, exercise, supplements, or health management plan, especially if you:

  • Have a diagnosed medical condition

  • Are taking medication

  • Are pregnant or breastfeeding

  • Have a history of disordered eating or eating disorders

  • Have complex health needs

  • Are experiencing new, severe, or unexplained symptoms

If we believe your needs fall outside the scope of nutrition coaching, we may recommend that you seek support from a qualified healthcare provider before continuing or commencing services.

5. Client Responsibility

You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information

  • Informing us of any relevant medical conditions, medications, injuries, allergies, supplements, symptoms, or health changes

  • Seeking medical clearance where appropriate

  • Deciding whether to follow any recommendations provided

  • Implementing agreed action steps safely and appropriately

  • Communicating any concerns, barriers, or adverse reactions promptly

Nutrition coaching requires active participation. Your results may depend on factors including consistency, health status, training load, sleep, stress, lifestyle, environment, preferences, and adherence.

6. Service Options

Our services may include, but are not limited to:

a. 30-Minute Nutrition Review

A focused 30-minute online nutrition consultation for one specific nutrition-related question or area of concern. This may include practical verbal recommendations and brief written action points where appropriate.

This service does not include a full intake review, detailed meal plan, food log review, or ongoing coaching support unless separately agreed.

b. 50-Minute Nutrition Audit

A 50-minute online nutrition consultation for new clients seeking expert clarity on their nutrition, goals, and next steps. This may include intake review, background review, goal clarification, verbal recommendations, and a short written action summary after the consultation.

This service does not include ongoing coaching, between-session support, detailed meal planning, or follow-up review unless separately agreed.

c. Follow-Up or Reset Consultation

A 50-minute online follow-up consultation for existing clients or clients who have completed a Nutrition Audit. This may include review of progress, current challenges, nutrition strategy refinement, and updated action steps.

This service does not include ongoing coaching, between-session support, detailed meal planning, or continued monitoring unless separately agreed.

d. 4-Session Nutrition Coaching Package

A lower-touch nutrition coaching package including four 50-minute online coaching sessions, valid for 12 weeks from the package start date unless otherwise agreed in writing.

This may include an initial nutrition review, personalised recommendations, one 4-day food photo journal review where relevant, light messaging support, app access, and shared resources.

Light messaging is for clarification and implementation support only. It does not include high-touch weekly coaching, ongoing food log review, or continuous support unless expressly included.

e. Elite Nutrition & Performance Coaching

A 4-week nutrition coaching block for clients seeking consistent support, accountability, and progress.

This may include a personalised nutrition audit and goal prioritisation, two coaching calls per 4-week block, weekly check-ins, food log review where relevant, progress tracking, private coaching app access, shared resources, accountability, and nutrition adjustments based on needs and challenges.

Additional calls, detailed meal plans, competition-specific support, or support beyond the stated inclusions may be charged separately unless included in the package details.

f. Momentum Coaching

A lower-touch monthly coaching option for existing clients who have completed a coaching package or coaching block.

This may include one monthly review call, light progress review, updated targets or action steps, limited message support, and access to relevant app resources during the active month.

This option is available to existing clients only unless otherwise agreed.

7. Free Initial Calls

We may offer free initial calls to discuss your goals, current challenges, and whether our services may be suitable for you.

A free initial call is not a coaching consultation and does not include personalised nutrition advice, a detailed review, or a written plan. We reserve the right to decline coaching where we believe the service is not suitable for your needs, goals, or circumstances.

8. Booking and Payment

Fees must be paid in full before the service begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers such as Stripe or other approved payment methods. We do not intentionally store full payment card details.

Your booking is only confirmed once payment has been received or another written payment arrangement has been agreed.

Prices may change from time to time. Any price changes will not affect services already paid for unless otherwise agreed.

 

9. Instalments and Payment Plans

Where instalments or split payments are agreed, you remain responsible for paying the full agreed amount according to the agreed schedule.

Failure to make payment may result in suspension or cancellation of services, including access to coaching sessions, messaging support, app access, resources, or future bookings.

 

10. Cancellation, Rescheduling, and Missed Sessions

We understand that schedules change, but adequate notice is required to manage bookings fairly.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

At least 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule a booked consultation or coaching call.
If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, the session may be forfeited.
If you do not attend a scheduled session, the session may be forfeited.
Repeated cancellations, rescheduling, or missed sessions may affect your ability to continue coaching.

In exceptional circumstances, we may allow rescheduling at our discretion.

 

11. Refunds

Fees paid are generally non-refundable once a service, consultation, package, or coaching block has commenced.

For one-off consultations, fees are non-refundable once the consultation has been delivered.

For coaching packages or coaching blocks, fees are generally non-refundable once access to coaching, onboarding, app resources, intake review, food log review, messaging support, or any scheduled session has commenced.

Refunds, partial refunds, credits, or transfers may be considered at our discretion on a case-by-case basis, including where required by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Singapore’s Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act protects consumers against unfair practices, so refund and cancellation wording should be applied fairly and transparently.

12. Package Validity and Pauses

Unless otherwise stated:

A 4-session package is valid for 12 weeks from the package start date.
A 4-week coaching block is valid for the active 4-week period agreed at the time of purchase.
Sessions or support not used within the validity period may be forfeited.

Pauses are not guaranteed and may be approved at our discretion in exceptional circumstances, such as illness, injury, travel disruption, or other significant events.

13. Messaging Support

Where messaging support is included, it is intended for reasonable clarification, implementation support, accountability, and check-ins related to your active coaching service.

Messaging support is not intended for urgent medical concerns, crisis support, emergency situations, or unlimited daily coaching access.

Response times may vary depending on workload, time zone, weekends, public holidays, travel, and business hours. Unless otherwise agreed, messages are generally reviewed during normal business hours.

If you have an urgent medical issue, you should contact emergency services or an appropriate healthcare provider.

 

14. Food Logs, Photos, and Client Data

Where food logs, food photos, body composition information, training data, symptoms, or progress updates are submitted, they are used to provide coaching support and personalised recommendations.

You are responsible for ensuring the information you submit is accurate and appropriate. We may not be able to provide suitable recommendations if information is incomplete, inaccurate, misleading, or withheld.

Our handling of personal data is further described in our Privacy Policy.

15. No Guarantee of Results

We aim to provide high-quality, evidence-based, practical coaching. However, outcomes vary between individuals.

We do not guarantee:

  • Weight loss

  • Muscle gain

  • Body recomposition

  • Athletic performance improvements

  • Health improvements

  • Symptom resolution

  • Competition outcomes

  • Specific body composition changes

  • Specific changes to blood markers or medical outcomes

Your results depend on many factors outside our control, including health status, training, sleep, stress, adherence, environment, genetics, medical conditions, medications, and lifestyle.

16. Supplements

Where supplements are discussed, information is provided for educational purposes only and should not be interpreted as medical advice, prescription, or endorsement of a specific product unless clearly stated.

You are responsible for checking supplement suitability, safety, medication interactions, allergies, banned substance risks, and sport-specific anti-doping requirements.

Athletes subject to anti-doping rules should use caution with supplements and consider third-party tested products where appropriate. We are not responsible for adverse outcomes, contamination, positive anti-doping tests, or misuse of supplements.

17. International Clients

We provide services online to clients in Singapore, Australia, and internationally.

You are responsible for ensuring that using our services is lawful and appropriate in your location. Laws, regulations, professional titles, health requirements, and nutrition practice standards may differ between jurisdictions.

Our services are provided from Singapore unless otherwise stated.

18. Intellectual Property

All Website content, coaching materials, written summaries, worksheets, guides, templates, resources, graphics, branding, and educational materials created by The Elite Nutrition Coaching are owned by or licensed to us unless otherwise stated.

You may use materials provided to you for your personal, non-commercial use only.

You may not copy, reproduce, share, distribute, upload, publish, sell, modify, or create derivative works from our materials without our prior written consent.

19. Website Use

You agree not to misuse the Website or services, including by:

  • Attempting to gain unauthorised access to our systems

  • Interfering with website functionality

  • Submitting false, misleading, harmful, or unlawful information

  • Copying or scraping website content

  • Using our content for commercial purposes without permission

  • Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or inappropriate conduct

We reserve the right to restrict access to our Website or services where we believe these Terms have been breached.

 

20. Client Conduct and Service Termination

We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate services where:

  • The service is not suitable for your needs

  • You provide false, incomplete, or misleading information

  • Payment is not made

  • You repeatedly miss or cancel sessions

  • You engage in abusive, inappropriate, threatening, or disrespectful conduct

  • You request support outside our scope of practice

  • Continuing the service would be unsafe, inappropriate, or impractical

Where services are terminated, any refund or credit will be assessed in accordance with these Terms, the stage of service delivery, and applicable law.

21. Third-Party Links and Platforms

Our Website or communications may include links to third-party websites, platforms, products, services, or resources.

We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, terms, accuracy, availability, or security of third-party websites or platforms.

Use of third-party platforms such as Wix, Healthie, Stripe, email platforms, messaging platforms, or scheduling tools may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

22. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Elite Nutrition Coaching and its proprietor will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or economic losses arising from or related to your use of the Website or services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a paid service will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence where such exclusion is not permitted. Singapore’s Unfair Contract Terms Act restricts certain liability exclusions and requires some exclusions or limitations to satisfy a reasonableness test.

23. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Elite Nutrition Coaching and its proprietor from and against any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:

  • Your breach of these Terms

  • Your misuse of the Website or services

  • Your provision of false, incomplete, or misleading information

  • Your unauthorised use or sharing of our materials

  • Your failure to seek medical advice where appropriate

  • Your actions or omissions in implementing coaching recommendations

This indemnity applies to the fullest extent permitted by law.

24. Privacy and Personal Data

Your use of our Website and services may involve the collection and processing of personal data, including health-related information where relevant.

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

By using our Website or services, you agree that we may collect, use, disclose, store, transfer, and process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws, including Singapore’s PDPA. The PDPC lists organisations’ key PDPA obligations, including consent, notification, access and correction, protection, retention limitation, transfer limitation, accountability, and data breach notification.

25. Changes to Services or Terms

We may update our Website, services, pricing, inclusions, policies, or these Terms from time to time.

The latest version of these Terms will be available on this page. Continued use of the Website or services after updates are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

For paid services already purchased, the terms and inclusions agreed at the time of purchase will generally apply unless otherwise agreed or required by law.

26. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.

If a dispute arises, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter in good faith through written communication.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore, unless another dispute resolution method is agreed in writing.
