The Elite Nutrition (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a sole proprietorship registered in Singapore providing online nutrition coaching services in Singapore, Australia, and internationally.

Our services are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or care from a qualified medical practitioner or relevant healthcare professional. We do not diagnose medical conditions, prescribe medication, or provide medical treatment.

Where appropriate, you should consult a qualified medical practitioner or relevant healthcare professional before making significant changes to your diet, supplements, exercise routine, or health management plan, especially if you have medical conditions, are taking medication, are pregnant, or have complex health needs.

We use trusted third-party platforms to operate our website, manage client services, process payments, and communicate with clients.

Healthie – client management, coaching communications, forms, and resources
Stripe – payment processing

Booking or scheduling tools – appointment booking and call management

5. Overseas Data Transfers

As an online service provider, your personal data may be stored or processed outside Singapore. This may occur where we use third-party service providers, cloud-based platforms, payment processors, email providers, client management systems, or website hosting services located overseas.

Where personal data is transferred outside Singapore, we take reasonable steps to ensure that the recipient provides a standard of protection comparable to the PDPA, including through the provider’s contractual, security, and privacy safeguards where applicable. Singapore’s PDPA includes a transfer limitation obligation for personal data transferred outside Singapore.

 

6. Use of AI-Assisted Tools

We may use secure digital tools, including AI-assisted systems, for limited administrative or content-support purposes, such as drafting non-identifiable summaries, organising notes, improving educational materials, or assisting with general business administration.

Where AI-assisted tools are used, we aim to avoid entering personally identifiable information, contact details, or identifiable medical records into such systems.

Any AI-assisted output is reviewed before being used, and all final coaching recommendations, decisions, and communications remain under professional oversight.

 

7. Cookies and Analytics

Our website may use cookies and similar technologies to:

We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 18 years of age without parental or guardian consent.

Youth clients must provide signed parental or guardian consent before commencing coaching services.

If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a minor without appropriate consent, we will take reasonable steps to delete the information or obtain the required consent.

12. Your Rights Under the PDPA

Under Singapore’s PDPA, you may have the right to:

Request access to personal data that we hold about you
Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data
Withdraw consent for the collection, use, or disclosure of your personal data
Ask questions or raise concerns about how your personal data is handled

If you withdraw consent, we may no longer be able to provide some or all of our services to you. For example, we may be unable to continue coaching if we cannot collect or use information necessary to provide safe and appropriate nutrition support.

We will respond to valid access or correction requests within 30 days, or within a longer period where permitted by law. A reasonable administrative fee may be charged for access requests where applicable.
